Full Stack Developer

KRA For Full Stack Developer (Exp: 2–4 Years) Technical Development & Implementation 1. Develop, test, and deploy modular, maintainable, and scalable applications using: a. Frontend: HTML, CSS (Bootstrap, SCSS, TailwindCSS), JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Next.js, and popular React libraries (e.g., Redux Toolkit, React Query, React Hook Form). b. Backend: Node.js, Nest.js, PHP (Laravel Framework). c. Databases: MySQL and PostgreSQL. 2. Ensure adherence to best coding practices, maintain clean architecture, and implement reusable components. 3. Build and consume RESTful and GraphQL APIs with high performance and security standards. 4. Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and reliability across all layers of the stack. 5. Participate in code reviews, ensuring quality, maintainability, and compliance with team standards. System Design & Architecture 1. Contribute to system architecture discussions, proposing scalable and efficient solutions. 2. Design modular, layered, and loosely coupled systems following SOLID principles and microservice-based architectures where applicable. 3. Prepare technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, data flow, and component design. KRA For Full Stack Developer (Exp: 2–4 Years) 1 DevOps, Version Control & Deployment 1. Use Git and GitHub effectively for version control, branching, and merging strategies. 2. Manage CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployments using tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI/CD. 3. Collaborate with DevOps or infrastructure teams for environment setup, automated builds, and server optimizations. Cross-Functional Collaboration 1. Work closely with Digital Wizard Team Members to deliver projects on time and with high quality. 2. Provide technical mentorship to junior developers when needed. 3. Actively participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings. Learning, Innovation & Adaptability 1. Stay updated with the latest technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices. 2. Show readiness to learn and work with new tools and technologies based on project needs. 3. Proactively suggest innovations and process improvements for better efficiency. Ownership, Responsibility & Performance 1. Take complete ownership of assigned modules or projects from concept to delivery. 2. Deliver multiple tasks in parallel, maintaining quality under tight deadlines. 3.
