We are looking for an experienced Senior Developer with strong full-stack development skills in Java, Spring Boot, and Angular or React. The ideal candidate will lead solution design, guide development teams, and ensure scalable, high-performing application architectures. Expertise in backend, UI, and database layers is essential, along with a solid understanding of modern development practices, microservices, and cloud environments. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of scalable full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular/React. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Define architecture patterns, best practices, and coding standards to ensure quality and performance. Mentor and guide development teams in implementing clean, maintainable, and reusable code. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to architectural standards across the team. Own and drive technical solutions end-to-end, from design to production deployment. Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and frameworks for continuous improvement. Optimize application performance and scalability across UI, middleware, and database layers. Ensure security, compliance, and data protection best practices in solution designs. Collaborate with DevOps and QA to enable continuous integration and delivery pipelines. Required Skills & Qualifications: Prior knowledge on International FedEx Business is must Application knwoledge of GDOP, P4e is required as this is backfill position with immediate hiring for critical job Strong hands-on experience in Java (8+) , Spring Boot , and RESTful services. Proficient in front-end technologies – Angular (8+) or React.js. Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle) and writing optimized SQL. Experience with Microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes is a plus). Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure/GCP is an advantage. Strong problem-solving and system design skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
