Job Description

We're hiring a Full-Stack Developer who can own both the mobile/front-end (React Native or React) and back-end (Node.js ) with a solid SQL foundation. This role is on-site at our Koramangala office.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain features in our React Native (preferred) or React app.
Design, implement, and document REST APIs with Node.js (Express or similar).
Work directly with SQL databases (Postgres/MySQL): schema design, queries, indices, performance.
Collaborate with design/product to turn mockups into smooth, high-performing screens.
Debug across mobile and backend; profile and optimize performance.
Use AI copilots (Claude/ChatGPT/Copilot) to move faster and write cleaner code.

Requirements

Your primary stack must be React Native or React, Node.js, and SQL.
1-4 years building real apps or full-stack projects.
React Native experience preferred; React acceptable if you can ramp up on RN quickly.
Node.js for server development (Express/Fastify/Nest OK).
Solid SQL (joins, transactions, indexing, query optimization).
Comfortable context-switching between front-end and back-end.
Deal-breaker: If your core experience is in other languages/frameworks (e. g., Java, Kotlin, Swift, Python, Go, PHP, . NET), this role isn't a fit.

Nice To Have (optional)

Mobile packaging and releases (Android/iOS), basic store guidelines.
Auth, sessions, and common web/mobile security practices.
Testing habits (unit/integration), linting/formatting.
Basic CI/CD and Git workflows.
