Job Description

Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable and responsive web applications using Ruby on Rails. Collaborate with the UI/UX team to implement and maintain intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces using modern frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Build and optimize server-side logic and database structures to ensure high performance and seamless integration with frontend components. Manage databases and ensure data integrity, security, and efficiency. Proficiency Relational databases are essential. Integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance application functionality and user experience. Conduct code reviews to ensure best practices, code quality, and performance optimization. Identify and address bottlenecks and bugs in the system. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality software solutions. Implement automated testing strategies to ensure the reliability and robustness of the codebase. Requirements: Proven experience (4+ years) as a Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on Ruby on Rails. Experience with version control systems. Proficiency in database systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) and experience with query optimization. Understanding of DevOps practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. Familiarity with agile development methodologies. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
