Job Description

Project Overview:

Enterprise GenAI Assistant

L2/L3 support

Job Responsibilities:

🔧 Ongoing Support & Maintenance

Handle L2/L3 production issues, including triaging, root cause analysis, bug fixes, testing, and deployments.
Prioritize and resolve critical bugs raised by the customer team.
Conduct thorough testing (unit, QA, UAT) across dev/staging/production environments.
Work closely with customer leadership for bug triage and hotfix rollout.

🚀 Feature Enhancements

Collaborate with customer SMEs to gather requirements and acceptance criteria.
Plan, develop, test, and deploy new features or enhancements to existing ones.
Ensure stable integrations and UI responsiveness amid backend/API changes.

📊 Data Engineering

Design, build, and maintain data ingestion pipelines using
Prefect
or
Airflow
.
Manage and optimize storage/query performance in
PostgreSQL
and
Snowflake
.
Maintain schema quality, data integrity, and observability across ingestion pipelines.

💻 Frontend Development

Enhance and maintain the
React-based UI
(chat interface, citations, admin views).
Ensure frontend stability, accessibility, performance, and robust error handling.
Integrate with RESTful APIs, support new model capabilities, and ensure smooth user experiences.

Additional Responsibilities:

Maintain reliable and secure integrations with
ServiceNow, SharePoint, and Splunk
.
Implement observability best practices using dashboards, alerts, and runbooks.
Conduct regression testing and performance checks ahead of releases.
Maintain clear documentation: runbooks, environment diagrams, and “how-to” guides.
Enforce secure SDLC practices (e.g., secrets management, least-privilege access, audit trails).

Job Requirements:

4-8 years
of experience as a Full Stack or Data Engineer.
Proficiency in
Python
,
SQL
, and orchestration tools (
Prefect / Airflow
).
Strong hands-on experience with
React (TypeScript/JavaScript)
.
Skilled in integrating with
REST APIs
.
Experience working with
ServiceNow API
,
Splunk SDK/SPL
, or
SharePoint/Graph API
.
Nice-to-Have e
xperience with:
Kafka, dbt, Great Expectations
Grafana
,
Tailwind CSS / shadcn UI
,
WebSockets/SSE
Hybrid
RAG
(Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines
