Key Responsibilities: Develop, optimize, and maintain full-stack applications using NextJS, NodeJS, and ReactJS . Work on scalable enterprise-level applications with a focus on performance and security. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement software solutions. Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting. Work in a split shift schedule (Morning & Evening/Late Night). Python experience is a plus but not mandatory. Required Skill Set: 2+ years of hands-on experience in NextJS, NodeJS, and ReactJS . Experience with scalable real-time applications in an enterprise environment. Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, Microservices, and Database Management . Familiarity with state management tools like Redux, Context API, etc. Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus. Quick learner with the ability to adapt to evolving technologies.
