Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in Node.js and PostgreSQL, along with strong front-end development skills using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Tailwind CSS. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing secure, high-performance web applications for Fintech-based products.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js and Express.js / Nest.js.
Manage and optimize PostgreSQL databases schema design, indexing, and query optimization.
Develop responsive and scalable UI screens using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Tailwind CSS.
Integrate front-end and back-end services for seamless application functionality.
Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT / OAuth).
Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance aligned with Fintech standards.
Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and performance tuning.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.

Technical Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of Node.js, Express.js, and JavaScript (ES6+).
Experience with PostgreSQL schema design, stored procedures, joins, and performance tuning.
Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and Tailwind CSS for responsive front-end development.
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, AJAX, and JSON communication.
Hands-on experience with Git/GitHub for version control.
Basic knowledge of Docker, AWS, or CI/CD pipelines.
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and optimization skills.

Preferred / Nice to Have:

Experience in Fintech applications (Payments, Settlements, Risk, Fraud Detection, or Transaction Monitoring).
