Job description: Experience: 3-5 years (Immediate joiner only ) Role: Full Stack Developer About The Role Strong experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and server-side rendering. Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and popular front-end libraries like React. Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript. Hands-on experience with MongoDB data modeling, aggregation framework, and optimization techniques. Experience building scalable server-side applications with Node.js and Express.js. Experience with version control systems, particularly Git and GitHub. Strong understanding of Agile practices and ability to work within Agile teams using tools like Jira Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. Ability to mentor and guide a team of developers and foster a collaborative, high-performance environment. Conduct code reviews, ensuring high-quality, maintainable, and efficient code. Collaborate with product managers and designers to understand business requirements and ensure they are translated into technical specifications. Create and manage development timelines, ensuring the team meets deadlines and objectives.
