Role Overview: You are a hands-on engineer who excels in developing and delivering features end-to-end in a modern JavaScript/TypeScript environment. Your responsibilities will include creating pixel-perfect UIs in React, developing high-performance Node.js services, and enhancing your skills in DevOps, AI/LLM experimentation, and product-thinking. Collaboration with designers, product managers, and clients will be a regular part of your work, ensuring code quality and system reliability. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver production-ready code in front end technologies such as React TypeScript, Next.js, and Tailwind/Chakra, as well as back end technologies like Node.js, Express/Nest, and GraphQL/REST. - Design and optimize databases using MongoDB and PostgreSQL. - Automate build, test, and deployment pipelines utilizing GitHub Actions/Azure DevOps and Docker/Kubernetes. - Advocate for unit/integration/E2E testing and observability tools like OpenTelemetry and Grafana. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years of experience in building web applications with a successful delivery of at least one large MERN project in production. - Proficiency in React, Node.js/Express, JavaScript, and TypeScript, with familiarity in SSR/ISR in Next.js. - Strong data modeling and query skills in MongoDB (Aggregation Framework) and knowledge of PostgreSQL/MS SQL Server. - Good understanding of HTML5, responsive CSS, bootstrap/tailwind libraries, modern state-management (Redux/Zustand/Recoil), and component testing. - Experience in CI/CD using GitHub Actions, Docker, and at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP). - Knowledge of design patterns, microservices, REST API/GraphQL best practices, secure coding, and performance tuning. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
