Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

Full-Stack Developer (MERN / Next.js)

to design, implement, and maintain the frontend and backend components of our

OT security platform

. The ideal candidate will work closely with product owners, architects, and engineers to develop high-performance dashboards, data visualizations, and backend services that process OT security data from

Zeek, Suricata

, and other sources.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop responsive web applications and interactive dashboards using
Next.js / React
.
Build and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using
Node.js / Express.js
, and
Python frameworks (FastAPI / Flask)
when required.
Integrate frontend components with backend APIs ensuring seamless data flow, authentication, and data security.
Design and optimize database schemas using
SQL and NoSQL (MongoDB)
for OT security data management.
Participate in architecture and design discussions, focusing on
microservices, scalability, and performance optimization
.
Contribute to
CI/CD pipeline
, containerization, and deployment processes using
Docker
or equivalent tools.
Implement
data visualization and analytics features
to display network and security metrics.
Ensure adherence to
secure coding standards
and best practices in development.
Mentor junior developers and perform regular
code reviews
to maintain quality and consistency.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:

Proven hands-on experience in
MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js)
for scalable application development.
Expertise in
Next.js
(SSR/SSG, routing, API routes, and performance optimization).
Strong proficiency in
JavaScript / TypeScript
,
HTML5
,
CSS3
, and modern
responsive design
principles.
Proficiency in
Python (FastAPI / Flask)
for backend service development.
Solid understanding of
RESTful API design
,
data integration
, and
data processing pipelines
.
Experience with relational and non-relational databases (
PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB
).
Knowledge of
state management libraries
(Redux, Context API, or Recoil).
Familiarity with
version control (Git)
,
containerization (Docker)
, and
CI/CD pipelines
.
Experience building
data-driven dashboards
and visualizing complex datasets.
Understanding of
web application security
and API protection principles.

Good to Have:

Experience with
microservices architecture
and
cloud deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
.
Knowledge of
data streaming
or
message brokers
(Kafka, RabbitMQ).
Exposure to
cybersecurity or OT security
domain.
Familiarity with
testing frameworks
(Jest, Mocha, Cypress).
