Full Stack Developer (MERN)

We’re looking for a passionate and motivated MERN Stack Developer to join our team and grow with us. Responsibilities: Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js, Next.js) Collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers to deliver high-quality products Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services Work with real-time features using Socket.io Set up automated tasks with Cron jobs Send transactional emails using Nodemailer Implement serverless functions using AWS Lambda or similar platforms Participate in code reviews and team discussions Requirements: Proficiency in JavaScript and modern web development Familiarity with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js, Next.js Understanding of RESTful API integration Basic knowledge of Git and version control systems Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn Good communication and team collaboration skills Preferred: Experience with front-end frameworks like Tailwind CSS, MUI or Bootstrap Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or Firebase Previous internship or project experience with MERN stack What We Offer: A collaborative and supportive team environment Hands-on experience with real-world projects Opportunity for long-term growth within the company Flexible working hours and work-from-home options Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Performance bonus Quarterly bonus Shift allowance Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Balongi, Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: total work: 2 years (Required) software development: 2 years (Required) Work Location: In person
