Full Stack Developer (Java Backend + React)

The Java Full Stack Developer will be part of our development team that has strong experience in agile development and in-depth knowledge of digital solutions. Your primary focus will be on developing backend services using the Spring framework and Spring WebFlux, as well as working with relational databases like PostgreSQL and MySQL. You will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain. You will work in a highly productive and collaborative team where your ideas will be listened to and put into action. Job Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring framework (including Spring Boot and Spring WebFlux)
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end components
• Work with PostgreSQL and MySQL databases, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests
• Collaborate with front-end developers to design and integrate user interfaces with backend services
• Optimize application performance and ensure high availability and scalability
• Participate in agile development practices, including sprint planning, code reviews, and continuous integration
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications
• Ensure security and data protection best practices are implemented
• Be proactive in recognizing and solving technical challenges
• Continuously improve technical skills and stay up to date with industry trends

Job Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Java and the Spring framework (Spring Boot, Spring WebFlux)
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and MySQL
• Experience in building RESTful APIs and integrating with front-end frameworks
• Good understanding of reactive programming concepts and their implementation in Spring WebFlux
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as React.js is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to write clean, maintainable code
• Knowledge of modern authentication and authorization mechanisms (e.g., OAuth, JWT)
• Experience with containerization and cloud platforms like AWS is a plus
• Understanding of CI/CD processes and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or Bitbucket
• Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced agile development environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other relevant fields
• Minimum 5 years of experience in full-stack or backend development
• English-speaking with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Candidates with extensive experience, leadership qualities, and relevant certifications will be considered for senior or lead roles
