Full stack developer intern ( non paid for 6 months )

Role Description

This is a full-time, non-paid Frontend Developer intern role for a duration of 6 months. The intern will work in a hybrid setting, with the primary location being Bengaluru and some work-from-home flexibility. Responsibilities include developing user-friendly interfaces, optimizing web applications for maximum speed and scalability, collaborating with back-end developers, and ensuring responsive design implementation. The intern will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in building real-world applications.

Your daily work includes:

• Designing & developing frontend (React/Next.js)
• Building backend APIs (Node.js/Python)
• Integrating third-party APIs (LLMs, payments, authentication)
• Implementing user auth, dashboards, forms, and data models
• Working closely with UI/UX, AI Engineer & Product Manager
• Deploying products to cloud (basic DevOps)

Responsibilities

• Build reusable components to be used across all 6 startups
• Take features from idea → design → development → testing → deployment
• Maintain clean code, high performance, and scalable structure
• Collaborate with backend, AI engineer, and mobile developer
• Fix bugs quickly, write simple documentation
• Attend daily sync meetings and weekly sprint reviews
• Deliver fast — speed matters more than perfection

Required Skills

Frontend:

• React.js or Next.js
• HTML, CSS, Tailwind
• Component design
• API integrations

Backend:

• Node.js (Express / Nest) or Python (FastAPI)
• REST API development
• JWT/Auth
• Basic microservices understanding

Database:

• MongoDB or PostgreSQL
• Writing efficient queries
