Job Description

Responsibilities Design/architect software solutions to solve complex problems for backend components/distributed systems Exercise best practices in agile development and software engineering. Code, unit test, debug and perform integration tests of software components Develop software tools for automation, effective debugging, performance analysis and load/stress testing, recommend software solutions to improve the product. Participate in software design reviews, code reviews and project planning. Mentor and train other members of the team. Provide troubleshooting and technical advice for API Connect customers Provide technical leadership and guidance to customers that are geographically distributed Write and review documentation and technical blog posts. Produce coherent knowledge base articles to enable customers to resolve issues without further escalation Use technical and negotiation skills in collaboration with support operations/organizations to prioritize and diagnose problems to resolution Communicate action plans to the client or IBM representative as appropriate Recommend and implement new or improvements to existing tools, procedures, and processes Contribute to department attainment of organizational objectives and high client satisfaction Required education Bachelor's Degree Preferred education Bachelor's Degree Required technical and professional expertise Required Experience: Total 9 - 12 years of experience in full stack development. Ability to lead the team and work independently or as individual contributor when necessary. Strong in programming & problem solving. 5+ years of development experience with Golang/node development. 4+ years of development experience with React/Angular development. 3 + years of experience with any public cloud like AWS/Azure/GCP. Proficient in Kubernetes and cloud deployments using IaC. Strong communication skill. Knowledge in Continuous Integration & Continuous Development concepts Preferred technical and professional experience Experience in Node.js and React . Experience inKubernetes and Container deployments Experience in Golang and the Operator Framework . Experience in Linux command line and/or system administration Experience in any cloud platform(AWS or IBM Cloud) Experience inRedHat OpenShift Continuous Integration / Deployment technologies such asJenkins , Argocd and Terraform
