What You’ll Do Work closely with senior engineers to build scalable frontend or backend components Participate in agile product sprints and daily stand-ups Write clean, maintainable code with attention to performance and user experience Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA to deliver features on time Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot to speed up development Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing and code reviews What We’re Looking For 0–2 years of experience in software development (internships or freelance projects welcome) Solid foundation in JavaScript, React (or React Native), or backend stacks (Node.js, Python, etc.) Familiarity with Git, REST APIs, and database basics (SQL/PostgreSQL preferred) Passionate about writing clean code and learning new technologies Good communication skills and a team-first mindset Nice to Have Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), CI/CD pipelines, or version control workflows Familiarity with AI-enhanced coding environments (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) Exposure to Figma or UI design tools Any contributions to open-source or personal coding projects What You’ll Get Work with Sri Lanka’s top 3%™ talent and global clients Training and mentorship under senior engineers and product leads Access to AI tools and productivity accelerators (aiBoost™) Flexible remote work culture with global project exposure Fast-tracked career growth in an award-winning company Show more Show less
