Your Role:
As a Full Stack Developer, You Will
- Feature Development: Implement new features and enhancements in an existing Laravel-based web application according to client requirements.
- Application Maintenance: Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing code to improve performance, reliability, and user experience.
- Collaboration: Work with the tech lead and project lead to clarify requirements, provide updates, and deliver high-quality solutions on schedule.
- Database Work: Write and optimize queries, migrations, and schema changes in MySQL or similar relational databases.
- Code Quality: Follow established coding standards and participate in code reviews.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on Laravel/PHP best practices and contribute ideas for process and product improvements.
What You Need:
Non-negotiables
- 2–5 years of professional experience as a software engineer, preferably in web application development.
- Experience with PHP and Laravel framework
- Experience working with relational databases such as MySQL, including schema design and query optimization.
- Understanding of RESTful API development and integration.
- Familiarity with Git and collaborative workflows.
- Ability to work effectively within an established architecture and follow technical guidance from senior team members.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve assigned tasks independently and seek guidance when needed.
- Good communication skills within a distributed team environment.
