We’re looking for a versatile Full Stack Developer passionate about building intelligent, intuitive, and customer-centric conversational experiences. You’ll work across the application stack and contribute to secure, scalable deployments in enterprise client environments.

💡 What You’ll Do

🟦 Build Customer-Centric Conversational Experiences

Design and implement conversational flows, dialogue logic, state management, and context-aware interactions that deliver clarity and a great user experience.

🟦 Develop Full Stack Applications

Build backend APIs, microservices, data processing components, and frontend interfaces that power intelligent conversations and automated workflows.

🟦 Implement Intelligent Interaction Logic

Translate conversational design principles—intent modeling, entity extraction, context tracking, and response orchestration—into high-quality, customer-focused features.

🟦 Deploy Applications in Secure Client Environments

Implement secure, cloud-native deployments using Terraform, IaC, and best-practice CI/CD pipelines in enterprise environments.

🟦 Operate & Maintain Cloud-Native Infrastructure

Containerize and deploy workloads using GCP / AWS / Azure.

Set up monitoring, logging, performance tuning, and operational safeguards for resilience and reliability.

🟦 Continuously Improve Quality & Experience

Analyze user interactions, identify friction points, refine NLU accuracy, and improve system behavior with a strong customer-centric mindset.

🟦 Champion Engineering Excellence

Write clean, maintainable code; conduct code reviews; strengthen documentation; and uphold standards for reliability, testing, and observability.

🎯 Skills & Qualifications

✔️ 5+ years of professional software engineering experience

✔️ Strong full-stack development skills (Python, Java, Go, or Node.js)

✔️ Experience with frontend technologies (React, Angular, etc.)

✔️ Hands-on experience building or integrating conversational or interactive systems

✔️ Understanding of conversational concepts (intent modeling, entities, state/context handling)

✔️ Experience with Terraform or other IaC frameworks

✔️ Strong familiarity with GCP/AWS/Azure, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines

✔️ Knowledge of secure deployment practices

✔️ Strong grasp of API development, microservices, and system design

✔️ Customer-centric mindset focused on usability and experience quality

✔️ Ability to own features end-to-end in a fast-paced environment
