Full Stack Developer (Enterprise IT GRC Platform)

Job Description

Role Overview We are looking for a self-driven and versatile Full Stack Developer who can architect, design, build, and maintain our IT GRC product platform. As the sole technical resource in the initial development phase, you will be responsible for system design, frontend/backend development, database management, testing and deployment. This is a critical role for our digital transformation and product strategy, offering an opportunity to build a platform from the ground up with the potential to lead a future tech team. Role & responsibilities: Collaborate with the founding and cybersecurity teams to understand functional and technical requirements. Architect and develop the core product platform for automating IT GRC processes (e.g. risk assessments, audits, compliance workflows). Design database schemas, workflows, and API integrations for scalability and extensibility. Create user interfaces with intuitive UX for cybersecurity professionals and enterprise users. Write secure, scalable, and maintainable code across backend and frontend. Perform testing (unit, integration, UAT) and manage CI/CD pipelines. Set up and manage basic DevOps processes (hosting, deployment, monitoring, logging). Ensure secure software development practices aligned with cybersecurity standards (e.g. OWASP, secure coding). Own documentation of system design, APIs, and user manuals. Continuously explore new technologies and frameworks that improve product performance and maintainability. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field. 2+ years of full stack development experience, with demonstrated ability to independently manage full product lifecycles. Strong understanding of cybersecurity and secure development principles (preferred). Experience with enterprise SaaS or B2B product development is a plus.
