Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement secure, scalable, and robust web application features
• Work independently within Agile/Scrum teams to deliver high-quality software
• Develop and maintain modern web applications using React and Microsoft technologies
• Plan, identify, and mitigate technical risks in assigned work
• Implement new features, provide bug fixes, and conduct code reviews to ensure quality and performance at cloud scale
• Ensure applications adhere to best practices for security, performance, and maintainability
• Take full ownership and accountability for delivered code and product features
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and deployment
• Contribute to architectural decisions and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills (Must Have)

• Strong experience with

  Microsoft technology stack

  , including

  .NET Framework 4.5+

  ,

  C#

  , and

  RESTful APIs

• Hands-on experience with

  React

  for front-end development
• Solid understanding of

  client-side scripting

  using

  JavaScript and jQuery

• Experience with

  NoSQL and relational databases

  such as

  MongoDB and PostgreSQL

  (Couchbase is a plus)
• Strong understanding of

  OAuth standards

  and

  Single Sign-On (SSO) implementations

• Experience with

  Bitbucket

  and

  Azure

  for source control and CI/CD
• Proven experience deploying and managing solutions in

  cloud environments

• Ability to work independently and deliver complete software artifacts
• Good understanding of

  software architecture

  and

  SDLC best practices

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Good to Have Skills

• Experience working in

  Life Sciences or Healthcare domains

• Familiarity with

  user-friendly UI/UX design principles and processes

• Exposure to large-scale, cloud-native applications
• Experience with performance optimization and security best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in full-stack or web application development
