5+ years of experience

, as this role involves direct client interaction.You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing web applications while collaborating with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored technical solutions. • Web Application Development: Build and maintain web applications using React, JavaScript, HTML, and PHP.
• CMS Management: Work with Drupal to develop and manage CMS-based websites.
• Backend Development: Design and implement backend solutions using Java Spring Boot and PHP frameworks.
• Client Communication: Interact directly with clients to gather requirements, present solutions, and provide technical guidance.
• DevOps Collaboration: Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline deployment processes using Ansible for configuration management.
• Infrastructure Management: Work with VMware and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or similar) to ensure reliable and scalable deployments.
• Networking Support: Implement and manage networking and IP configurations to support application needs.
• Troubleshooting & Optimization: Troubleshoot and optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability.
• Documentation & Training: Document technical solutions and provide training/support to clients when necessary.
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development within an enterprise environment.
• Strong expertise in React, JavaScript, and HTML for front-end development.
• Proficiency in PHP with experience working on Drupal-based projects.
• Solid understanding of Java Spring Boot for backend development.
• Proven experience in a client-facing role with excellent communication skills, able to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate client requirements into effective solutions.
• Basic knowledge of DevOps practices and hands-on experience with Ansible.
• Familiarity with VMware and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, etc.).
• Understanding of networking and IP concepts to support infrastructure needs.
• Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies is a plus.
