With thousands of users onboard and a growing brand presence, we’re looking to scale up with a committed and technically sound development team. 🔍 Role Overview We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer who doesn’t just write code but builds product-ready, tested, and scalable features that actually ship to real users. This isn’t a hand-holding role. From frontend finesse to backend logic — you own it. If you’re tired of the blame game and thrive on ownership, communication, and clean execution, let’s talk. 🧩 What You'll Do Develop, test, and deploy end-to-end features on both frontend (React/Next/Kotlin Web) and backend (Node.js/Express/MongoDB). Ensure seamless API integration across all modules, including listing, bidding, and user dashboards. Write well-documented, clean code and perform basic testing yourself — no need for a separate tester. Collaborate directly with the senior leadership and design team to translate vision into a working product. Use GitHub effectively with proper version control, commit messages, and collaboration practices. Participate in weekly sprints and retrospectives with a focus on problem-solving, not blame-shifting. ✅ We’re Looking For Someone Who Has 2+ years of real-world full stack development experience. (However, a training period of 3 months prior to conversion to FTO for blending into the product and team) Is confident with both frontend UI/UX alignment and backend logic building. Knows how to test before pushing, validate edge cases, and not rely on someone else to clean up the mess. Understands team accountability, communicates clearly, and doesn’t shy away from senior interactions. Believes in quality, not quantity — just dumping 100s of lines of untested code won’t work here . Can work with ChatGPT/tools smartly for documentation, debugging, and fast iteration — we’re a smart team, not a big team . 🧠 Tech Stack You’ll Work With Frontend: React.js / Next.js / Kotlin We Backend: Node.js, Expres Database: MongoDB / Firebase / PostgreSQ DevOps & Infra: GitHub, DigitalOcean, AWS, Google Cloud Tools: Postman, Swagger, Figma, ChatGPT for testing & documentation ⚠️ What We’ve Learned (and want to avoid): Developers who wait for others to test: Not a fit. Those who don’t take ownership or communicate directly: No space for silos. Alignment/UI mistakes being ignored and then denied: Design = Responsibility.
