Role Overview

We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Developer with 8+ years of experience to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable web applications. This is a hands-on technical leadership role involving Java-based backend services and React front-end development. The ideal candidate will also mentor junior developers, enforce best practices, and contribute to architectural decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead development using Java, Spring Boot, and React.js
Build and maintain RESTful APIs and scalable microservices
Write clean, maintainable, full-stack code (frontend + backend)
Optimize database design and queries (SQL & NoSQL)
Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers
Collaborate with product & design teams to deliver solutions
Implement CI/CD, testing strategies, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
Stay updated with emerging technologies

Must-Have Skills

Java, Spring Boot, ReactJS, Microservices, RESTAPI, SQL, NoSQL, Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), SDLC, Agile, Frontend Development, Backend Development, Code Review
8+ years of professional software engineering experience,
Extensive experience with React.js and its fundamental principles.,
Experience with microservices architecture.,
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
