Full Stack Developer

Role Overview: As a Full Stack Developer with 4-6 years of experience, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining responsive, high-performance web applications using ReactJS and .NET Core. You will collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend developers to define, design, and deliver new features. Additionally, you will build and maintain scalable APIs and backend services while ensuring performance, security, scalability, and maintainability across the application stack. Your role will also involve debugging and resolving issues across front-end and back-end layers, participating in peer code reviews, and staying up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in fullstack development. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using ReactJS and .NET Core - Design and implement reusable, modular front-end components following ReactJS best practices - Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend developers to define, design, and deliver new features - Build and maintain scalable APIs and backend services using .NET Core - Ensure performance, security, scalability, and maintainability across the application stack - Debug and resolve issues across front-end and back-end layers - Participate in peer code reviews, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives - Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in fullstack development Qualification Required: - 6+ years of professional experience in fullstack web development using ReactJS and .NET Core - Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3 - Strong experience with relational databases and writing optimized SQL queries - Hands-on experience with front-end libraries/tools including MUI DataGrid, MUI Treeview, Bootstrap, Bootstrap Icons, React-pro-sidebar, React-to-print, SheetJS, XLSX-JS - Familiarity with third-party libraries such as LDS - Experience with version control systems, especially GitHub - Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, build tools, and deployment strategies - Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Additional Details: Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS and knowledge of containerization tools such as Docker would be a plus.
