About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to support an already developed application, ensure its smooth functioning, enhance existing modules, build new features, and optimize performance across web and mobile. The ideal candidate must have strong backend and frontend experience with Django, Python, SQL, AWS, and mobile + web frameworks such as Flutter, React, HTML, CSS, Riverpod.

This role requires someone who can understand an existing codebase, debug issues quickly, upgrade systems, and scale the product.

Key Responsibilities

· Understand, maintain, and improve the current application across backend, web, and mobile layers.

· Debug production issues, identify root causes, and implement reliable fixes.

· Develop new modules and features without disrupting existing workflows.

· Optimize Django/Python backend for performance, scalability, and security.

· Manage SQL database optimization, migrations, indexing, and data integrity.

· Maintain and improve frontend components built using React, HTML, CSS.

· Support and update mobile app features developed with Flutter and Riverpod.

· Oversee AWS deployment, monitoring, and infrastructure stability (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, etc).

· Collaborate with product teams to evaluate change requests and plan releases.

· Write clean, maintainable code with proper documentation.

· Implement small improvements proactively to enhance user experience and system reliability.

Required Skills & Experience

· 5–6 years of full stack development experience.

· Strong experience working with existing applications and complex codebases.

· Proficiency in Python, Django, and REST API development.

· Hands-on experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL), query optimization, and migrations.

· Good understanding of AWS cloud services used in production environments.

· Strong front-end development skills using React, HTML, CSS.

· Solid experience building or maintaining apps in Flutter with Riverpod.

· Ability to quickly analyze issues in live systems and provide stable solutions.

· Comfortable working with Git, CI/CD pipelines, staging environments, and versioned releases.

Nice to Have

· Experience with codebase audits and refactoring.

· Familiarity with system logging, monitoring, and alerting tools.

· Experience with containerized environments (Docker).

· Understanding of backward compatibility and phased rollouts.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
