About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Full stack AI/ML Engineer with hands-on experience in agentic AI, model training, and system-level design. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in building and deploying scalable AI solutions, including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) implementations, and working within microservices-based architectures. You will be responsible for designing robust AI systems, implementing model training pipelines, and collaborating closely with DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployment and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize AI/ML models and pipelines for production-grade applications.
• Implement agentic AI solutions using retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques.
• Train, fine-tune, and evaluate ML models using large-scale datasets.
• Architect and design AI systems with scalability, reliability, and maintainability in mind.
• Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to deploy AI/ML solutions using Kubernetes, Redis, Kafka, and other related tools.
• Develop and maintain microservices-based architectures to integrate AI models into applications.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize AI services in production environments.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, langchain and langgraph).
• Hands-on experience with RAG implementations and agentic AI workflows.
• Solid understanding of system design principles for AI/ML systems.
• Experience in DevOps tools and practices, including Kafka, Redis, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture, API design, and cloud deployment strategies.
• Familiarity with ML model versioning, monitoring, and scalable data pipelines.
• Preferred Skills:
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure for AI/ML workloads.
• Knowledge of LLM Ops frameworks and best practices.
• Exposure to LLMs, and generative AI applications
