As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be an integral part of our regional operations team, supporting the end-to-end processing of visa applications. You’ll work on-ground to ensure smooth execution of daily tasks, maintain compliance with visa guidelines, and deliver a seamless customer experience. This role demands attention to detail, strong ownership, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, consumer-focused environment.


This is a contractual, on-site role (3-6 months) designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment and are eager to contribute to one of the fastest-growing startups in the travel space.

The Job:

  • Guide clients through the visa process by providing accurate information on requirements and documentation.

  • Review and verify client documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with visa regulations.

  • Liaise with embassies and consulates to facilitate smooth and timely visa processing.

  • Track application progress and proactively update clients on status changes.

  • Maintain data confidentiality and uphold company compliance standards.

  • Deliver exceptional service across touchpoints to create a positive customer experience.


The ideal candidate:

  • Education: Graduate degree required.

  • Detail-Oriented & Organized: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Clear Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.

  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using digital tools and adapting to new systems quickly.

  • Customer-Focused: Prior experience in customer service or operations is an advantage.

  • Problem-Solver: You stay composed under pressure and find quick, practical solutions to challenges.

  • Driven & Reliable: Willing to work in a 6-day, on-site setup with day and night rotational shifts.

  • Immediate joiners preferred.
