Working Hours: 9.00 am to 9.00 pm or 9.00 pm to 9.00 am ( Shift will be change in coordination with team members) Five days working so leave will be decided in coordiantion with team members. We are under planning to make shit of 8 hours then it will be change accordingly so as of now 2 shift then 3 shilf coaster will be there, Overview The Bulk Fuel Dispatch Team is responsible for the efficient and timely distribution of fuel products to various locations. This role is critical to ensuring that fuel delivery operations run smoothly and adhere to safety and regulatory standards. Key ResponsibilitiesFuel Distribution Coordination · Plan and schedule fuel deliveries to meet customer demand and operational requirements. · Maintain accurate records of fuel quantities and delivery schedules. · Optimize dispatch routes to ensure cost-effective and timely deliveries. Safety and Compliance · Ensure that all fuel dispatch operations comply with industry safety standards and regulations. · Conduct regular safety checks and audits on fuel transport vehicles. · Train team members on safety protocols and emergency procedures with the help of resources provided by Company. Communication and Customer Service · Liaise with customers and suppliers to coordinate fuel deliveries and resolve any issues. · Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries and concerns promptly. · Keep customers informed about delivery status and any potential delays. Inventory Management · Monitor fuel inventory levels and place orders to replenish stock as needed. · Implement inventory control measures to prevent shortages and overstocking. Required Skills and Qualifications · Experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field. · Strong organizational and planning skills. · Excellent communication and customer service abilities. · Knowledge of industry safety standards and regulatory requirements provided by company. · Proficiency in inventory management and dispatch.
