Fuel Cell Test Engineer

As a Fuel Cell Test Engineer, you will be responsible for the performance testing, lifespan verification, and fault analysis of fuel cell stacks and systems to ensure efficient, stable, and safe operation in hydrogen energy applications. Your role will involve test scheme design, experimental operation, data analysis, and performance optimization, making you a key player in fuel cell R&D and quality assurance. Key Responsibilities: - Develop test plans and experimental schemes based on fuel cell design parameters and application requirements. - Conduct performance tests on fuel cell stacks and systems, evaluating power output, efficiency, durability, start-up/shutdown performance, and temperature/pressure response. - Design experimental benches and testing devices to ensure reliable test data. - Collect operating data of the fuel cell system, analyze key indicators such as current, voltage, temperature, pressure, and hydrogen consumption, and propose optimization suggestions. - Conduct fault analysis to identify potential problems and improvement measures. - Perform performance and durability tests on key components of fuel cells, assisting in material selection and component design optimization. - Ensure adherence to fuel cell and hydrogen energy safety operating procedures and industry standards for traceable and verifiable test results. - Support fuel cell R&D projects, collaborate with engineers from various disciplines, and participate in technical reviews and data reporting for decision-making and product improvement. Job Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or above in chemical engineering, materials engineering, mechanical engineering, energy engineering, or related fields. - Preference for candidates with backgrounds in fuel cells, hydrogen energy, or other new energy sources. - More than 2 years of experience in fuel cell or hydrogen energy system testing. - Prior experience with fuel cell experimental operations and data analysis tools is advantageous.,
