Job Description

Notice Period : Immediate to 15 days Mandatory Skills: Salesforce field service lightning, FSL features (Work Orders/Service Appointments/ Scheduling/Dispatching/Inventory Management/Mobile App functionality), Apex/Visualforce/Lightning Web Components (LWC)/Salesforce Flows, Dispatcher Console, Gantt Chart. Responsibilities: Design and Implementation: Designing and implementing Salesforce Field Service Lightning solutions to meet business requirements. Configuring and customizing FSL features, including Work Orders, Service Appointments, Scheduling, Dispatching, Inventory Management, and Mobile App functionality. Developing custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows (for Developer roles). Designing data models and object relationships within FSL. Creating and managing Service Territories, Service Resources, Skills, and Work Rules. Setting up and configuring the Dispatcher Console and Gantt Chart.
