Your role is crucial in ensuring a seamless learning experience by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering guidance with empathy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Be the first point of contact for global inquiries via chat, email, and phone. Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from students, parents, and international stakeholders. Provide guidance on the admission process, school offerings, and policies. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and follow-ups. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through personalized service. Maintain accurate records of conversations and outcomes. Represent the brand with professionalism and warmth. Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus). A pleasing personality and strong interpersonal skills. Comfortable with multitasking and fast-paced environments. Willingness to work from office, 6 days a week. Highly organized with attention to detail.
