Responsibilities

Development Responsibilities

• Update and maintain the sites.
• Implement fixes and enhancements on existing site features.
• Develop new modules and pages as required.
• Maintain general familiarity with the CRM and its integrations.
• Perform site maintenance on client platforms
• Handle front-end development work
• Support cross-functional teams with technical requirements.
• Work with cloud-based marketing platforms and CMS systems (e.g., HubSpot) and build an understanding of platform implementations.
• Build front-end components using a range of technologies.
• Conduct CRO activities in HubSpot and WordPress.
• Run A/B tests using HubSpot’s built-in testing tools.
• Run A/B tests in WordPress using plugins.

Required Development Skills

• Strong knowledge of core tech stack: JavaScript, React, Next.js, CSS.
• Experience with core platforms: WordPress, HubSpot.
• Familiarity with modern development processes, including GitHub workflows.
• Understanding of coding standards and formatting tools (ESLint, Prettier).

CRM Responsibilities

• Set up, build, load content into, and export email templates in MailJet.
• Build and load email templates in Customer.io.
• Apply best practices for email design and provide recommendations.
• Import new data into the Arlo dashboard using Looker Studio and Google Sheets.
• Process and sort weekly unsubscribe in MailJet.
• Identify and implement process improvements, potentially through the creation of tools such as:
• Briefing workflow tools
• Link checkers
• Provide support for technical issues related to CRM workflows.
• Communicate with the Arlo team and participate in client calls as needed.
• Perform occasional image editing.

Required CRM Skills

• Knowledge of email CRM platforms (MailJet, Customer.io).
• Familiarity with data-visualisation tools (Looker Studio).
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks autonomously.
