Job Title : Front end developer Position : Type: Full-Time (Contract) Location : Kollam, Kerala Effective Date : February 1, 2024 Job Summary Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeethams Center for Cybersecurity Systems and Networks is seeking highly motivated Frontend Developers to join our cutting-edge research and development teams. In this role, you will contribute to building and optimizing user interfaces for AI-driven applications that enhance performance evaluation and cybersecurity research. LLM Performance Evaluation Platform Design and develop intuitive, responsive, and efficient user interfaces for evaluating Large Language Model (LLM) applications. Implement interactive visualizations to analyze model accuracy, efficiency, and applicability in real-world scenarios. Work closely with backend and AI teams to ensure seamless API integration and data visualization. Adversarial Testing for Robustness Develop front-end components that support adversarial testing frameworks for machine learning models. Implement UI dashboards for tracking vulnerabilities, test results, and model performance insights. Collaborate with cybersecurity researchers to present complex ML robustness evaluations in an accessible manner. Key Responsibilities Lead the development of responsive web applications using Next.js, implementing complex UI components with ShadCN/UI and TailwindCSS while ensuring optimal performance through SSR/SSG strategies and code optimization. Own the implementation and maintenance of secure authentication flows using LogTo, including session management, protected routes, and user experience flows across different authentication states. Drive frontend architecture decisions, implement state management solutions, and establish coding standards while collaborating with designers to ensure pixel-perfect, accessible interfaces that align with design systems. Develop high-performance, scalable, and visually appealing frontend applications while ensuring seamless integration with backend APIs, AI models, and real-time data visualization frameworks. Optimize frontend performance and ensure compatibility across various devices and browsers. Implement interactive dashboards with dynamic graphs and analytics to aid AI/ML research. Maintain design consistency and improve the UI/UX experience based on user feedback. Collaborate closely with AI researchers, cybersecurity experts, and backend engineers to enhance functionality. Required Skills: Frontend Stack: Next.js, LogTo (Authentication), TailwindCSS, ShadCN/UI (UI framework) Experience integrating RESTful APIs and WebSockets for real-time data updates Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and component-based UI design Excellent communication skills for interdisciplinary collaboration 2+ years of experience using JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Git, and Linux. Nice to Know: Three.js for 3D visualizations Chart.js / ECharts for advanced data representation Redux or Zustand for state management Authentication and security principles for frontend applications Why Join Us?
