We are seeking an enthusiastic Junior Frontend Testing Engineer with a foundational understanding of Cypress or Playwright to join our dynamic team. As a crucial member of our QA team, you will support ensuring the quality and reliability of our front-end applications through rigorous testing methodologies. We are looking for a junior engineer who is eager to learn and grow in front-end testing and contribute to various testing projects. Key Responsibilities: Assist in developing and implementing front-end testing strategies using Cypress or Playwright, with a preference for Playwright. Collaborate with senior engineers in planning and initiating new front-end testing projects. Support the creation, execution, and maintenance of automated test scripts to validate front-end functionalities. Work closely with frontend developers to identify and address issues early in the development cycle. Conduct exploratory testing to uncover hidden bugs and usability issues. Analyze test results and provide feedback to senior engineers and stakeholders. Participate in code reviews to ensure testability and identify test automation opportunities. Help optimize and maintain existing test suites for maximum efficiency and coverage. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience in front - end testing. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). Experience or coursework in front-end testing with Cypress or Playwright. Basic understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue). Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and issue tracking tools (e.g., JIRA). Understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Eagerness to learn and grow in front-end testing and automation.
