Meet the Team

The Cisco Security Business Group (SBG) focuses on empowering the world to reach its full potential, securely through its products. The SBG Security team supports this mission by building thoughtful partnerships with our internal partners to drive security strategy alignment across the SBG portfolio. Through these efforts, we deliver simple, effective security solutions for our internal customers that meet both market and industry expectations.Our team is responsible for delivering Security Cloud Control and our mission is to unify the user view for all products in SBG. Security Cloud Control centralizes security management for the customer’s Cisco solutions. The customer benefits include improved security outcomes, improved operational efficiency, easier setup and configuration and platform advantage for MSPs.As part of the team, you will be joining a team of versatile developers who are skilled in multiple tech stacks to support the different asks for Security Cloud Control.

Your Impact

:
  • Exposure to frontend application development.
  • Excellent understanding of design principles.
  • Exposure to GitHub source control and CI/CD systems and concepts
  • Strong advocate of security principles and Secure by Design development.
  • Good understanding of Unit Testing and the benefits of code level quality assurance.
  • Strong root cause analysis and diagnostic skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to articulate and relay technical concepts to all audiences.
  • Strong desire to build and sense of ownership.

Minimum Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent UI/UX skills.
  • Understanding/Hands on knowledge of microapp framework.
  • Good understanding of Agile practices.
  • Experience with Application Performance Management.
