• Performance Optimization: Optimize UI performance by identifying bottlenecks and implementing best practices to ensure fast and smooth user experiences. • Code Quality: Maintain high standards of code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to best practices in front-end and backend development. • Responsive Design: Implement responsive design principles to ensure that applications perform well on a variety of devices and screen sizes. • Full-Stack Collaboration: Act as a bridge between frontend and backend teams, understanding both sides of the application to facilitate smooth development and deployment. • ReactJS Expertise: Strong proficiency in ReactJS, including knowledge of React Hooks, state management (e.g., Redux), and component lifecycle methods. • React JS with the latest version features: Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend development tools such as Webpack, Babel, and ESLint, strong knowledge of graph libraries (yFiles, Highcharts). • Backend Understanding: Familiarity with backend technologies like Node.js, RESTful APIs, and databases, enabling occasional contributions to backend development. • UI/UX Understanding: Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and the ability to translate designs into functional and visually appealing user interfaces. • Version Control: Experience with version control systems like Git, including branching, merging, and pull requests. • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality user interfaces. • Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile development environments, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team. • Testing Frameworks: Experience with frontend testing frameworks such as Jest, Enzyme, or React Testing Library. • UI Libraries: Strong experience with UI libraries graph libraries (yFiles, Highcharts), Material-UI or Ant Design, and the ability to customize components as needed. • Full-Stack Development: Hands-on experience in full-stack development, including both frontend and backend tasks. • Continuous Learning: A proactive approach to staying updated with the latest trends and advancements in UI development, ReactJS, and backend technologies. • Good Knowledge of ETL Pipelines is desirable
