Frontend Developer React/Next.js

About the Role

We're looking for a talented Frontend Developer with a strong foundation in React and Next.js to join our growing team. Youll play a key role in shaping the user experience of our web applications, collaborating closely with designers, backend developers, and product managers to build fast, accessible, and scalable user interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize modern frontend applications using React and Next.js.
• Translate Figma designs into responsive, interactive UIs using Tailwind CSS, Radix UI, and Lucide.
• Work with form handling and validation libraries like React Hook Form, Zod, and @hookform/resolvers.
• Manage state efficiently using Redux Toolkit and React-Redux.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and real-time features using Axios and Socket.IO.
• Ensure high performance and accessibility across all major browsers and devices.
• Implement secure and efficient authentication flows using Jose for JWT and encryption.
• Collaborate with the backend team to align on API specs and data handling.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with animations using Lottie or Framer Motion.
• A passion for developer experience and UI/UX best practices.
