We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Frontend Developer with 4-5 years of hands-on experience in React.js, Intershop, and Shopify Plus. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining user-centric eCommerce websites and applications, ensuring exceptional user experiences, performance, and responsiveness across devices. What you will be doing · Design, develop, and maintain scalable, responsive web applications using React.js, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+). · Integrate and customize eCommerce platforms like Intershop and Shopify Plus, ensuring seamless customer journeys. · Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and third-party services. · Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and designs into high-quality code. · Optimize applications for maximum performance, speed, and scalability. · Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices. · Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve frontend and integration issues. · Stay up to date with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry trends to continuously improve development processes. This is you · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. · 4-5 years of professional experience in frontend development. · Strong proficiency in React.js, Redux, and related technologies. · Solid experience with Intershop Commerce Suite (IS7, Intershop Progressive Web App (PWA) experience is a plus). · Experience with Shopify Plus theme customization, Liquid templates, and Storefront API. · Hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3, SASS/LESS, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript. · Knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices integration, and headless commerce concepts. · Experience with frontend build tools (Webpack, Babel, NPM/Yarn). · Strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility, responsive design, and performance optimization. · Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. · Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment. Nice to Have: · Knowledge of SEO best practices for eCommerce sites. · Familiarity with Azure/AWS cloud services. · Familiarity with version control tools like Git. · Experience in unit testing frameworks (Jest, Enzyme, Cypress).
