Role & responsibilities About the Role We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Frontend Developer to join our dynamic team. You will lead the creation of design, development, and implementation of user-facing features, ensuring seamless user experiences and highly performant applications. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for building exceptional web applications. Key Responsibilities Frontend Development Develop and maintain scalable, efficient, and responsive web applications along with mobile applications using modern frameworks and technologies (e.g., React.js, React native). Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality code. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness of applications. Writing unit tests and e2e tests using Vitest, React Testing Library, Jest or Cypress. Ensure efficient rendering using React best practices. Code Quality & Standards Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Implement best practices in code reviews, testing, and debugging. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, Collaboration. Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver high-quality solutions. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers. Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives. Innovation & Problem-Solving Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies and industry trends. Proactively identify technical challenges and propose solutions. Contribute to the architecture and design of new features. Proficiency in React.js (hooks, Rendering, Lifecycle Methods and more ). Experience in Optimising bundle size, lazy loading, and memoization techniques. Required Skills Technical Expertise: Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. Good experience in Figma design tool or any other equivalent tool for UI/UX. Hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks (React,Reactive native, or Vue.js). Strong understanding of state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Jotai, Pinia). Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and integrating with backend services. Familiarity with build tools like Webpack, Vite, or Parcel. Testing: Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha, Cypress). Version Control: Proficient in Git and collaborative workflows (e.g., GitFlow). Performance Optimization: Knowledge of frontend performance tuning and best practices. UI/UX: Understanding of accessibility (WCAG), usability, and responsive design principles. Preferred candidate profile Experience: 2+ years of experience in frontend development. Experience with TypeScript. Familiarity with server-side rendering (e.g., Next.js, Nuxt.js). Knowledge of micro-frontend architectures. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP). Specializing in React applications designed for embedded systems with limited processing power. Contributions to open-source projects or a strong portfolio of personal projects.
