Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Frontend Developer with a strong command of modern front-end development, deep expertise in the React ecosystem, and the ability to build high-performance, visually engaging, and scalable web applications.You will work closely with designers, backend engineers, and product owners to translate business requirements into dynamic user experiences — with a focus on performance, optimization, and seamless integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain high-quality, responsive web applications using React.js and related technologies.
Implement state management solutions using Redux or similar libraries.
Ensure application performance optimization, including lazy loading, memoization, and code splitting.
Create modern, responsive UIs using Tailwind CSS.
Build smooth animations and transitions using libraries such as Framer Motion or React Spring.
Manage client-side routing and navigation effectively with React Router DOM.
Integrate third-party APIs and services such as:
Google Maps / Mapbox for location-based features
Charting and graph libraries (e.g., Recharts, Chart.js, D3.js)
Payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, Razorpay, PayPal)
Authentication providers (e.g., Firebase Auth, Auth0, Google OAuth)
File and media handling (e.g., AWS S3, Cloudinary, Firebase Storage
Collaborate with backend teams to connect APIs and manage data flow efficiently.
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in the React and front-end ecosystem.

Qualifications

3+ years of professional experience in front-end development using React.js.
Strong understanding of React core concepts (hooks, context, component lifecycle, reconciliation, etc.).
Experience with Redux, React Router DOM, and advanced state management patterns.
Proven experience in frontend performance optimization and debugging.
Solid understanding of animations and micro-interactions using Framer Motion or React Spring.
Experience integrating REST APIs, GraphQL APIs, and third-party SDKs.
Familiarity with version control (Git, GitHub/GitLab).
Knowledge of TypeScript is a plus.
Experience with Next.js,Svelte.js, testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library), or CI/CD pipelines is an added advantage.

Soft Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail and a keen eye for clean UI and smooth UX.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Proactive, self-driven, and passionate about writing exceptional code.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience.
