Front Office Supervisor

Role & responsibilities

• Supervise daily front office activities, including patient registration, billing, appointments, and inquiries.
  
• Ensure timely and accurate entry of patient details in the system.
  
• Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and professional ambience at the front desk.

• Ensure excellent patient experience by resolving queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
  
• Monitor patient flow and coordinate with technicians/doctors for smooth operations.
  
• Maintain patient confidentiality and follow service quality standards.

• Oversee billing accuracy, payment collection, and reconciliation at day-end.
  
• Ensure correct application of discounts, packages, and approvals as per company policy.
  
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with audits.

• Coordinate with doctors, technicians, lab team, radiology team, and management for smooth workflow.
  
• Ensure timely communication of issues related to operations, systems, or patient concerns.

• Prepare daily MIS reports (patient footfall, billing summary, cash reconciliation, etc.).
  
• Monitor KPI performance and highlight issues to the Centre Manager.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any stream (Preferably in Healthcare Administration / Hospital Management).
  
• 25 years of experience in front office operations, preferably in healthcare/diagnostic centres/hospitals.
  
• Prior supervisory experience is an advantage.
