Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our office. The ideal candidate will manage the front desk daily, perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, and ensure a welcoming environment for visitors, employees, and clients. Responsibilities: Greeting clients, visitors, and staff with professional and courteous demeanor and managing check-ins with efficiency. Coordinating conference room bookings and ensuring meeting spaces are prepared and well-equipped for use. Maintaining a clean and organized reception area that reflects the company’s commitment to high standards. Handle daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing incoming/outgoing couriers Coordinate with internal teams and provide general support to visitors Monitoring and ordering office supplies with the facilities or procurement team. Maintain excel sheets and word files, if needed. Assist in event coordination and other office activities as required. Requirements: Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Professional attitude and appearance. Ability to work under pressure and handle challenges calmly. Professional appearance and ability to maintain confidentiality. Positive and proactive approach.
