Responsibilities Handle incoming phone calls promptly and transfer them to the appropriate individuals or departments. Provide accurate and helpful information to callers and visitors regarding company services, products, and general inquiries. Proficiency in using office equipment such as phone systems, printers, and scanners, as well as computer applications like MS Office. Maintain a neat and organized front desk area, creating a professional and welcoming environment. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, distributing them to the relevant recipients. Assist with administrative tasks and support other departments as needed. Qualifications Good Communication Skills are mandatory. Ability to use office equipment and computer applications effectively. Must be punctual, organized, and possess a friendly demeanor.
