Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and vendors with professionalism and warmth.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate departments.
• Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Coordinate courier services, deliveries, and office supplies.
• Support marketing or event coordination activities as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant (real estate experience preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and a friendly, client-focused attitude.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
• High attention to detail and discretion when handling confidential information.
