Job Description

The Front Office Manager oversees the operations of the front desk, ensures exceptional guest service, and manages the front office team to deliver a memorable stay experience for all guests. Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily front office operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries. Ensure efficient handling of reservations, room assignments, and payments. Manage and train front office staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations. Address and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and seamless guest experiences. Monitor front desk supplies and maintain optimal inventory levels. Uphold high standards of customer service to exceed guest expectations. Prepare and analyze reports related to occupancy, revenue, and guest feedback. Implement and maintain front office policies and procedures. Qualifications: Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management 4 plus years of proven experience in front office or a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other software. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to handle high-pressure situations and multitask efficiently. A customer-focused attitude with problem-solving capabilities. Fluency in English, knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
