Job Description

Role & responsibilities To assist HOD in managing the performance & output of the department Resolve all Customer complaints/queries. To coordinate with all departmental heads, (Medical & Non Medical)for seamless customer experience To assist HOD for design, communicate and implement SOPs. To provide training counseling & career development of all new and existing personnel on a continuous basis. To provide support to the HOD for all administrative functions related to patient flow. To help HOD in preparing budgets on time for manpower and implement them. To be seen as a leader in grooming, punctuality, timeliness and adhere to company policies & practices. To have complete orientation of QMS and EMS system of Hospital. To have complete Awareness about Disaster Management Programme (DMP) of the hospital. Manage shift rosters for all Front Office staff Completely manage day to day operations in the Front Office across all the 6 defined verticals. To Comply with the service quality Process, environmental & occupational issues & policies of the respective area To Comply with patient safety policy To ensure safe utilization of equipments and proper waste disposal system. To ensure alignment to Corporate and Brand directives. To help HOD keep all process and policies up to date. To ensure change management adherence.
