Role Overview: Our jobs at The Westin Sohna Resort & Spa are focused on creating a memorable and unique experience for our guests. As a Guest Experience Expert, you will take the initiative to provide a wide range of services that will guide guests throughout their stay. You will have the opportunity to move about the space and attend to various operational needs, guest requests, and sharing local highlights to make transactions feel like part of the overall experience. Key Responsibilities: - Process operational needs and address guest requests - Complete reports in a timely manner - Share highlights of the local area with guests - Ensure a safe work environment and follow company policies and procedures - Uphold quality standards and maintain confidentiality - Maintain a professional appearance and communication at all times - Be physically active, standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods - Take a hands-on approach to work, including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance Qualifications Required: - Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent - Related Work Experience: No related work experience required - Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience needed - License or Certification: None required Additional Information: At The Westin, we are committed to empowering guests to enhance their well-being while traveling, allowing them to be the best version of themselves.
