Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, customer-focused Front Office Executive / Telecaller to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling patient inquiries, managing front-desk operations, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients/clients visiting the center or contacting via phone/WhatsApp. Manage incoming calls, provide accurate information about services, and convert inquiries into appointments.
• Schedule and confirm appointments using clinic software or manual systems.
• Maintain patient records, registration details, and billing information.
• Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and internal teams for smooth workflow.
• Handle front desk activities including check-in/check-out, payments, and documentation.
• Follow up with clients for appointment reminders, feedback, and ongoing programs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
• Address client concerns professionally and escalate to relevant departments when needed.
• Assist in basic administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications

• Graduates preferred.
• Strong experience in front office, telecalling, customer service, or healthcare reception is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, CRM/clinic management software).
• Good communication skills in English and local language.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
