Overview
We are seeking a professional and personable Front Office Executive to join our prestigious resort team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest services, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a luxurious hospitality environment, providing memorable experiences for our guests while showcasing your hospitality management skills. Candidates with multilingual abilities and hotel management experience will be highly valued. The position is paid and requires a commitment to excellence in guest relations and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
  • Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently using multi-line phone systems
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly
  • Handle guest relations to ensure a positive experience throughout their stay
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information and billing details
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded
  • Uphold phone etiquette standards while managing multiple communication channels
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to front desk operations and guest services

Requirements

  • Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a resort or hospitality setting
  • Strong customer service skills with a professional demeanor
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
  • Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest interaction
  • Ability to handle night audit procedures and perform well under pressure
  • Hospitality management background with an understanding of guest services and hotel operations
  • Flexibility to work various shifts as needed in a dynamic resort environment
