Front Office Executive (Receptionist)

Job Requirement:

Required Front Office Executive for Paramitha Children's Hospitals, Kompally & Medipally Branch.

Qualification : Any Graduate / PG

Experience : 1 to 2 years (Preferably only Healthcare Experience)

Job Responsibilities:

Fix appointments of consultants for the patients

Confirm the appointment with patients one day prior.

Regular updates to the patients regards to delay of the doctor/ investigations and reports.

Know where about the consultants.

Scan out-patients assessment sheet.

Collection of OP Feedback forms.

Maintain the Q management token system.

Complete the entries in the software.

Be responsible for the stores of the departments.

Ensure cleaning and maintenance of the department.

Co ordinate with Op billing regarding patient appointments/ doctors availability.

Co ordinate with admission department for patient’s admission.

Perform any job assigned by assigned by HOD.

Prepare the monthly duty roster for the consultants.

Pass the message to enquiry and appointment desk on the availability of the doctors

Send the thanking letters to referral doctors.

Book the Operation theatre for the patients. Follow up with patient for admission.

Co ordinate with the dressing room and stretcher bay patient.
