Location: Behind Trauma Centre, BHU, Lanka, Varanasi

Heritage Kashinaama, an 18-key boutique hotel offering an elevated blend of Kashi’s heritage and modern hospitality, is expanding its team. We are looking for passionate, well-presented, and guest-centric professionals to join our growing operations.

1. Front Office Executive (Male/Female)

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and brand-aligned etiquette.
• Manage check-in, check-out, reservations, billing & guest queries.
• Coordinate with HK, F&B & Ops teams for seamless guest experiences.
• Ensure handling of calls, emails, OTA queries & guest communication.
• Maintain lobby ambience, grooming standards & front desk efficiency.
• Address guest concerns with patience, clarity & a solution-based approach.

Ideal Candidate

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of PMS/booking engines
• Positive attitude, grooming discipline & guest-first mindset
• Immediate Joiners are required
• Salary Range 15K to 25K per month

2. Operations Manager (Hotel Operations)

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of FO, HK, F&B, Maintenance & Guest Services.
• Ensure SOP implementation across all departments.
• Handle guest escalations, VIP guest experience & quality assurance.
• Staff scheduling, team supervision & training.
• Control costs, manage vendor coordination & ensure inventory discipline.
• Work closely with Vnexora’s corporate team for performance & reporting.
• Maintain brand standards, hygiene levels & operational excellence.

Ideal Candidate

• Strong leadership & problem-solving skills
• Experience in boutique or premium hotel operations
• Good command over communication, guest handling & team management
• Ability to multitask and deliver consistent high service standards
• Immediate Joiners are required
• Salary Range 15K to 25K per month
